Shiatsu (1-2 hours)

Shiatsu is a deeply healing and balancing body work therapy that originated from Japan 2000 years ago. Shiatsu is translated as "finger pressure" and has been described as needle-free acupuncture. A session incorporates techniques of acupressure, assisted stretching, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) and Western massage. Additional modalities that may be used are: Reflexology, Shamballa Reiki, and Shamanic healing.

Moxibustion (30 min.)

Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves the burning of the herb mugwort to facilitate healing. Moxibustion has been used throughout Asia for thousands of years. The purpose of moxibustion is to strengthen the blood, stimulate the flow of qi, and maintain general health.

Foot Bath & Massage (30 min.)

Deeply relaxing blend of salts, herbs, and essential oils are cutom blended for your foot bathing pleasure. Sit and close your eyes while receiving this calming treatment including a foot massage incorporating reflexology, Shiatsu Massage and Tui Na (Chinese medical massage techniques).

Divination (30 min.-1 1/2 hours)

Feeling lost, ungrounded, disconnected, depressed, tired, unsure, stuck or just needing some guidance and balance in your life? Adora's intuitive divinations assist one to understand, ground, balance and heal thyself. One will have an opportunity to receive healing, support, ask questions, and receive an individual take home perscription. Adora's reading may include a cloth divination created by Dagara Elder Malidoma Some, a pendulum, card readings, and intuitive wisdom. $41- 1/2 hour    $79- 1 hour    $119- 1 1/2 hours

 

Water Healing Ritual (varies in time)
